  • When the burgers are done add the smoked bacon slices and cook to taste. Some like them crispier than others.
  • In a small frying pan add some olive oil and when hot add the egg(s). use a spoon to splash the hot oil on the yolk until its pink in color and remove for the frying pan. Try not to pick up a lot of the oil.
  • "Build" the burger: Bun, tomato, onion, lettuce, burger, cheese, bacon, egg, second bun.
  • Take a BIG bite and enjoy the mess....

In this video we also made some blue cheese sauce as request from a viewer from the live stream on twitch. Blue cheese is not everyone favourite so not part of this recipe but since you will possible see pot on the video and wonder there is the recipe as a side bonus.
Add a splash or milk or heavy cream to a pot.
Place the pot in medium low heat and add the cheese in small pieces and let it melt slowly. Until you have a creamy result.
You really need a very small amount of liquid other wise you will end up with a soup. IF you over do it.. either add more cheese or let it reduce for a while. Some things needs a bit of practice.
Remember we cook by "eye" no need to remember specific amounts 🙂
