Chilli Con Carne: An Easy, Delicious Recipe
Quick, easy to do meal for lunch or dinner with a few ingredients.

Ingredients
- 1 Large Onion
- 2-3 Tomatoes
- 1 Glove of Garlic
- 200 ml Tomato Juice
- 10 Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 Peppers ( Red & Yellow)
- 500 grm Minced Meat (Beef)
- 250 grm Rice
- 2 tbsp Paprika
- 2 tbsp Cumin
- 1 can Red Kidney Beans
- Salt & Pepper
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- Start by filling the pot up to 3/4 with water and add a pinch of salt. Put it on high heat and wait to start boiling. When ready add the Rice and cook according to the package instructions.
- In the mean time do the following:- Peal and cut the onions in slices- Peal and fine cut the garlic- Cut in half the cherry tomatoes- Strain and wash the canned red kidney beans- Grade the Tomatoes
- Prepare the sauce. Add Olive oil and heat it up on high heat. When hot enough add the onions and cook for 1-2 mins.
- Add the spices. Salt, Pepper, Cumin, Paprika and mix well. Cook for 1 min.
- Add the peppers, the garlic and mix.
- Add the minced beef and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- When the beef has taken a nice brown color add the tomatoes, the tomato juice and mix well and cook for an additional 5 min.
- Finally add the red kidney beans and cook for 2-3 minutes.
