Take your oven tray and butter it well. Use a silicone brush or your hands. Put it on the side to use later.
Empty the entire content of the chocolate spread into the first bowl. Crack 4 eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks very well for 2-3 minutes.
Add the Yolks into the chocolate spread slowly or all together and mix well with a spatula.It might not look great at the beginning, just keep mixing. When you have a smooth and shiny mixture, pour the mixture into the oven pan and bake for 20 minutes.
Create a Bain marie. Melt the chocolate. When fully melted, add the butter, 1 cap of cognac and a splash of milk. mix well, until you have a shiny smooth mixture. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and pour the melted chocolate mixture over the cake and enjoy.

This is a fast and easy cake with two ingredients. It is very tasty and it feels like a soft cookie. However you can take it a step further and add some melted chocolate on top to elevate it to a new level of sight and taste.
