Tug of WAR Scenario Mechanic Explained

Core Design

  • Has 5 flags that function in a line. Each flag is proximity based. You cannot capture a flag unless you own the previous one in a line.
  • Back two flags generate 8 scenario points per scenario tick.
  • Second set of two flags generate 2 scenario points per scenario tick.
  • Middle contested flag generates 4 scenario points per scenario tick.
  • Kills generate 1 scenario point.

Dominated Design

Condition: Your faction owns all flags in the scenario AND has 100 more points than the opposing faction. Result: Points generated by flag ticks are increased by 500%. Points generated by kills are reduced to 0.

Comeback Design

Condition: Your faction has 150 points less than the other OR the opposing faction has all flags in the scenario. Result: Points generated by flag ticks are increased by 50%. Points generates by kills are increased 300%.

Is a 12 v 12 scenario.

Gromril Crossing

Is a 24 v 24 scenario.
