
Creamy Chicken Ala Cream with Mushrooms and Parmesan Cheese
A quick and easy meal which you can accompany with rice or pasta.
Equipment
- 1 Small Pot
- 1 Frying Pan
Ingredients
- 1 Boneless Chicken Breast
- 8 Button Mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil Extra virgin
- 100 gr Parmesan Cheese
- 250 ml Heavy Cream
- 1 piece Red Onion
- 1 piece Clove of Garlic
- 250 gr Rice Long grain
- 1 tbsp Parsley
- 1 tsp Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Heat up the frying pan in medium-to-high heat and add the olive oil.
- Cut the chicken breast into pieces to your liking and add them to the frying pan.
- Cook for 2-3 mins.
- Cut the mushrooms to a desired size and add them in.
- Cook until the chicken is half done - another 4-5 mins
- Add 3/4 of the heavy cream and let it boil for 1-2 mins.
- Add the paremesan cheese and cook until its melted.
- Boil some water with salt.
- Once boiling add the rice and cook to the indicated instruction on the package.
- Place rice of a shallow plate with the chicken on top and garnsih with the parsley
